Cannot see opportunities to sign up for? Read below.
If a student cannot see an opportunity that was posted by their school or organization, it is due to one of the reasons below.
1. Make sure the birth date in the student profile is accurate. This is the main reason students cannot see opportunities. The opportunity has a minimum volunteering age that will block it from students under that age.
2. The student may be PENDING verification to a group or to the school. If you see a pending red banner at the top of your Dashboard or a (unverified) label next to the Group on your Dashboard, please contact your school admin to ask them to verify you.
