Why don't I see opportunities?

If a student cannot see any opportunities, it is due to one of the following reasons.

Please note: It is possible that the school does not have any upcoming opportunities posted for the school or for your group in x2VOL.

1. Make sure the birth date in the student profile is accurate. This is the main reason students cannot see opportunities. The opportunity has a minimum volunteering age that will block it from students under that age.

2. The student may be PENDING verification to a group or to the school. If the student sees a pending red banner at the top of the Dashboard or a (unverified) label next to the Group name on your Dashboard, please contact your school admin to ask them to verify you.
