Why are some hours not showing up in "Pending Hours"?

If you notice that some entries are not showing up in "Pending Hours" it maybe due to one of the following reasons: 

1. The entry was submitted by the student with a claim date that is outside of the date range of your goals. 

2. The student did not select a goal when submitting hours.
