Are you not able to see the pending hours for a student? Is the entry grayed out?
The entry must be applied to a goal in order for you to approve it.
If you notice that some entries are not showing up in Pending Hours or if you see the entry is grayed out in the View Hours tab for the student, it maybe due to one of the following reasons:
1. The entry was submitted by the student with a claim date that is outside of the date range of your goals.
2. The student did not select a goal when submitting hours.
To fix this issue, you can either edit the date range on your goal to encompass the date on their entry; or have the student edit the entry with the proper date and/or goal and resubmit for your approval.
