Do you see a message to join a mandatory group?
Students must belong to a Graduation Class group in x2VOL (a mandatory group). If you get a notification that you must join a mandatory group, select one in your Profile's Account Settings page.
Profile Tab > Account Settings > select the correct group and click the blue Save Changes button below the group options.
