What does a Grace Period on a goal do?

If you would like to allow students to enter hours after the goal has expired, you can add a grace period. Grace periods are only needed for goals that do NOT allow double-dipping. Goals that do allow double-dipping will allow students to add hours to them after they expire automatically.

Select "no" for Allow "Double-Dipping"?, and the Grace Period option will appear.

The date the student enters as the date of service needs to still fall within the goal's start and end date.
