What are the Admin Organization Settings?

The x2VOL Administrator Role has access to the Organization Settings page under the Manager tab, which includes settings to control the below features in x2VOL for their school.

Verification Settings - Enable and disable email and/or SMS text verification methods

Reflection - Make the Reflection field required for students and customize the Reflection prompt

Oath - Customize the oath/honor statement that the student must check before submitting hours

Student ID and Email profile fields - Control the ability for these fields to be editable by the student

Groups/Goals Editing - Turn off the ability for staff users in your school to add new groups/goals or edit existing ones

Allow Editing of Verification Contact - Make sure this is set to TRUE so that students can edit the contact person in their activity log entries. This is helpful if the student makes a typo the first time they log their entry.
