How does the waitlist work?

x2VOL Opportunities posted by the school or organization have a waitlist for students to join once the sign up slots are full.

The waitlist is automatically on the scheduled event. The admin does not have to turn it on.
 
For example, if there are only five spots available, the sixth student that goes to sign up will see a button that says "Join Wait List" instead of "Sign Up". They can click that button and they will be on the waitlist. The x2VOL Staff users will see which students are on the waitlist by pulling an event roster. If they edit the event to allow more slots, the waitlist students will be moved from waitlist to registered list. At that time, those students will get an email notifying them they've been moved off the waitlist and are registered for the event.
