How do I see a report of where students are volunteering?

Do you want to see a report of what activities or places students are serving?

Run an Activities Report!

1. Select Reporting page from the Dashboard navigation menu.

2. Select the Activities Report under Activity Reports section.

3. Select the Groups you want to include and apply a Date Range if desired.

4. Generate Report. You can sort on screen and Export the report from there if you'd like.

 

You will see where students are serving in the Activity Name column. You can combine duplicates in Excel or sort the file as you see fit to see where students are spending their time.

We do not have field for "Location", therefore, we do not have a report specifically with that information.
