Do I need to remove graduates from my x2VOL Account?
You can remove students one by one in the member lookup page but you cannot remove students in bulk. If you would like to remove graduates in bulk from your x2VOL Member Lookup page, please reach out to Support@intellivol.com or email your Account Manager to request this. Please specify which group(s) of students you would like removed and we will remove them from your school's account.
If a student should need their history in the future after they leave your school, they can contact us at Support@intellivol.com and we can retrieve their x2VOL history to send to them directly.
You can archive the group in the Groups tab, but do not delete the group. Archived Groups will still show the students in the Member Lookup page for you to reference in the future if needed. You will not be billed for student accounts associated with archived groups. If you have any questions on this, please contact your x2VOL account manager.
