Do you want to see hours for a student that is no longer at your school?
If a student account is disassociated with your school's account, it will not appear on your reports any longer.
You can, however, run reports on archived groups and goals. If the student account is associated with your school still and belongs to an archived group, you can see the student record in the Member Lookup and run a report still on that archived group.
Contact Support@intellivol.com to request a record of the removed student's hours, if needed. If you have further questions or want to discuss reports with historical data, please contact your x2VOL account manager.
