Can I run a report for an individual Student?

School staff can download an activity log for a single student by using the Download Activity Reports option.

Navigate to the Reporting Tab

Select the Activity Reports drop down

Select the Download Activity Reports option

Use the column headers to sort the data to easily find the student, and download their indivual Activity Log from there.

 

You can also download a student's activity log on the View Hours tab. Select the student in your Member Lookup page, click on the student name, and select the View Hours tab. The option to download their Activity log is located at the top of that page.
