If you need to access the student's account directly (to change a password, or edit an entry, etc) we do have a "Login as user" feature.
In order to turn this feature on, download the PDF here and email the signed agreement to Support@intellivol.com.
Once you sign and return it to us, we will activate the feature for your school.
NOTE: The "Login as user" feature can only be used with student accounts that have completed their registration.
