Can I change the goal on a student's hour entry?
If you want to change the goal allocation for hours, you can edit it in the student's activity log if it's still pending. If it's already approved, you will have to temporarily deny it to edit the goal allocation in the activity log details.
If the entry is still pending (not yet approved by the school), you can login as the student and edit the entry and select the OTHER goal and resubmit it for approval.

If the entry is already approved, you will have to deny it, and allow resubmit, and then do the process above. See this help article on how to do that.
You cannot split hours from one entry into two different goals.
